Without doubt, Austria’s most unique gourmet event!
More than 35 top chefs will be cooking up something special – in each other’s restaurants, rather than their own. Who’s cooking where? That stays a closely guarded secret until the first courses are served.
Andreas Herbst will be swapping kitchens with a renowned fellow chef, who will take his place in our Genusswerkstatt kitchen. An exclusive gala dinner awaits, featuring a five-course menu with an aperitif, paired wines, mineral water and coffee.
